‘Safar Sahyadri Trekkers’ was founded in 2017. It was founded by three young and enthusiastic friends. They have already taken a lot of trekking and adventures event experience like rock climbing, rappelling, and river rafting etc before starting this project.

Trekking is not the only motive of Safar Sahyadri Trekkers, along with it they are conducting all the events and trekking activities with a social cause. They have created a platform to the youth, who want to do treks and participate in adventures events in Sahyadri and surrounding mountains range.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Smoking cigarette, chewing tobacco or related products and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited in the event. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the trek. NO REFUND will be provided.
  2. Wear full sleeves, full track suite to avoid mosquitoes. No jeans/skin tight clothes. Low neck, figure-hugging shirts/tops, short pants, hot pants not allowed. Proper footwear/shoes are essential for the trek. Conserve and preserve our heritage. No perfume. After a trek it’s OK. No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behaviour during the trek.
  3. Your safety is our prime concern and we do not make any compromise on the same. Please abide by the instructions of the Trek Buddies at all times during the event for your own safety and safety of the group members. Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
  4. You are joining an outdoor activity where any incident/ natural calamity can happen & you agree that organizer shall not be held responsible for any accident, mishap (including death) caused by any circumstances (artificial or natural).
  5. Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose of it in dustbins. We believe that “when you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories".
  6. It is most important that all participants stick together in the group, in the event of any ‘deviation’ by the participant without the consent of the ‘Trek Buddy’, he/she/they will be considered as ‘Independent/s’ and will no longer be considered as a part of the group.
  7. The Leader's decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
  8. Safar Sahyadri has all rights to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice.
  9. It is mandatory to keep trek timetable. If not, then the entire group will not stop for any member and the advanced amount will not be recovered again.
  10. Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact then send us a text message. Member name will not be included in the Trek List without paying the advance amount of the trek.

Medical Disclaimer

  1. It is most essential to be fit and fine before heading for the trek.
  2. While planning your trekking trip, it is preferable to have a medical fitness check-up done.
  3. If suffering from any kind of allergy or ailment, do carry properly prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heatstroke, severe headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia.

Trekking

You may found many challenges in Sahyadri and surrounding mountains range. Passionate trekker accepts challenges like Kalsubai, AMK, Taramati, Kokankada, Chanderi etc. and fulfil his dream.

Camping

Camping activity gives you a different experience and will help you to get out from the daily routine and freshen up your mind. Camping with your closed once is a great joy and also helps to enrich your relationships.

Rock Climbing & Rappelling

If you are willing to do some adventures activity then you must try our rock climbing and rappelling events. ‘Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai’ is not only the fantasy quote but it’s a thing that we should experience!

River Rafting

Kolad River Rafting is our all time ‘In Demand’ event. To enjoy river rafting thrill at ‘Kundalika River’ you should be a part of this event. After Rishikesh, Kolad is the place where you can experience strong river rapids. 

Paragliding

If you have a dream to fly in the air then you have to try paragliding at once in a life. Paragliding is an adventure sport designed for sports enthusiasts and adventure lovers.

Jungle Safari

If you are planning your outing plan far away from the concrete jungle, then ‘Jungle Safari’ is a perfect event for you. Jungle Safari will give you an opportunity to spend some time with wildlife very close to nature.
