About :-
Many constructions and structures on Raigad were built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj when he made it his capital in 1674 upon being crowned the king of the Maratha kingdom, which later developed into the Maratha Empire, eventually covering much of western and central India. In 1765, the fort was the location of an armed campaign by the British East India Company. Finally, on 9 May 1818, the fort was looted and destroyed by the British.

The fort rises 820 metres (2,700 ft) above sea level in the Sahyadri mountain range. There are approximately 1,737 steps leading to the fort. The Raigad Ropeway, an aerial tramway, reaches 400 meters in height and 750 meters in length, and allows visitors to reach the fort from the ground in only four Minutes.

Reach Base village by 04:00 am.
Have bf/tea and freshen up.
we will start our study tour by 06:00 am sharp after short brief.
08:30 am Rich top explore offbeat places
01:00 pm start descending.
02:30 pm Rich at base village.
03:00 pm have a lunch (veg-nonveg)
04:00 pm Return journey to mumbai.
10:00 pm Reach Mumbai (Approx)
Trek end with happy memories.

2) A bottle of water (2 ltr) compulsory
3) camera (optional), Avoid wearing Gold and other jewellery (at own risk)
4) Personal medicine & plastic bag, odomas or same brand, Torch
5) Extra pair of cloths if required by you. (Double Wrap in plastic bag avoid drenched)
6) Any one original photo ID proof
7) Some ready eat food like plum cake, biscuits, fruits, Paratha/Thepala/Boiled Eggs etc, Glucon-D or Electrol
8) Full Sleeves T-Shirt & Full Trek Pant.

1) Any changes in the plans will be redirected by organizers in a emergency situations.
2) In case if any individual / group unable to attend event at last moment then no refund will provided.
3) Event schedule are tentative basis as if many change, depend on various factors (meeting/traffic/trek time) etc
4) It is mandatory for all of us to wear masks while traveling and wandering. Also bring your own sanitizer, mask.
5) Avoid going to any places, local huts houses or try to communicate with locals.
6) For confirmation of seat advance booking required.
7) The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members.
