▪︎About▪︎:-

Padmadurg Fort :-
Padmadurg is a sea side fort an easy trek situated in Rajapuri village of Raigad district of Maharashtra. The fort of Padmadurg is also called as Kansa Fort.Kansa Fort is surrounded all the sides by sea which is about 20 ft deep at its outer periphery. This fort is built by the great Maratha King Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the year 1676. It was built by Marathas to challenge another seaport Janjira which was controlled by Siddis.

Talagad Fort :-
Talagad Fort is 18 km to the south of the Roha town on Roha-Tala-Indapur road. This fort is at an altitude of 1000 feet (0.3 kilometers) and in form of a narrow strip 20mt in width. It is situated on a narrow spur guarded by fortification and served to keep watch on the enemy and the trade route from Maval to the sea ports around

Kuda Caves :-
Located in Janjeera hills around 200 ft above sea level, Kuda caves are a group of 15 rock cut Buddhist caves near the village of Kuda in Raigad District. The caves are said to be built during the period between the first and the sixth century. Sculptures of two elephants at the entrance and the elegantly carved idol of Buddha is the main attraction of Kuda caves. There are several inscriptions and paintings on the walls of the caves. You can also see stupas inside the caves.

Reach Base village by 04:00 am & Rest
06:00 am Have bf/tea and freshen up
07:00 am start towards Padmadurg via boat ride.
07:30 am Reach at Padmadurg and explore the fort.
09:00 am Start descending
09:30 am – Reach at Murud beach Explore & Photography
11:00 am start lunch.(veg/nonveg)

12:00 pm Move towards Kuda caves
02:00 pm Start Ascending kuda caves
Explore & Photography
02:30 pm Move towards talagad fort
Explore & Photography
05:00 pm Start Return journey towards Mumbai
10:00 pm Rich Mumbai

3)Event schedule are tentative basis as if many change, depend on various factors (meeting/traffic/trek time) etc.
4)It is mandatory for all of us to wear masks while traveling and wandering. Also bring your own sanitizer, mask.
5)Avoid going to any places, local huts houses or try to communicate with locals.
